We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. the following hotel policies/house rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience of owning and operating the resort. These hotel policies/house rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.
Parking for in house guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner.
The Lake Vaitarna Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these hotel policies/house rules or the arrangements and content featured at any time without prior notice.
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you. resort reserves the right to retain the cost for the same.
Keeping in mind the location and biodiversity of the property, we advise you to keep your windows and nets closed to avoid bugs from entering inside the room.
In case of an unforeseen power outage, our back-up invertors & generators will turn on immediately to continue providing you with an unhampered, comfortable stay. During this short period, we request all the guest to switch-off all the heavy electricals [electrical water heater/air conditioner] which could potentially over-load our backup equipment. We wish to thank all our guest for their cooperation.
Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on these premises.
